As a new mom, one of the most challenging aspects of this journey has been finding time for myself to recharge outside of work and mothering duties. The mom guilt hits hard whenever I do things without Baby Z, whether it's spending time with friends, giving myself a facial, or simply taking a moment to breathe. It's a constant struggle, and that feeling of guilt seems like it will never fully go away.
